In order for the absence to be excused, you must submit this form no less than 24 hours in advance.
Remember that you must attend 75% of drills each quarter and failure to meet that standard can be grounds for dismissal.
Your submission of this form does not guarantee that your absence will be excused.
Each absence will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Reminders
If you recruit 3 new cadets or adults, you get an advanced training paid for by National Headquarters. In addition, you will earn a recruiting ribbon for each new recruit you refer who joins.
If you have any previous sew on rank, ribbon bars or uniform pieces not being used please return them to the command.
